Chocolate hazelnut lava cake for one
Ingredients: 3 tbsp oat flour 1 tbsp cacao powder 1/4 tsp hazelnut coffee granules 1/4 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt2 tbsp Natvia 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 1 tbsp hazelnut butter  1/4 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 1 pip of dark chocolate
Directions:Preheat oven to 175c. Line the base of a ramiken with baking paper. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well until batter is smooth. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the ramiken, place the pip of chocolate in the centre and cover with remaining batter. Bake for 9-12 minutes and let the cake sit for a minute before serving. The centre of this cake should be slightly undercooked - you will know the cake is done if a toothpick inserted into the sides comes out clean. To remove from the ramiken: run a clean knife around the sides, place a plate over the top and quickly flip the ramiken over.
